We will also be looking for guest bloggers, so if you prefer writing over talking, let us know! Yes, Wall Street is important, but Main Street is our passion. Everyone we work with is either a small to medium business or some type of organization that helps those businesses - directly or indirectly. We want to help those and others like them learn from each other.
I'm a child of Main Street. My father owned a music and appliance store and my family experienced first hand the pain of seeing shopping centers, highway re-routings, and lack of entrepreneurial support slowly kill businesses like his.
Thankfully the tide is turning and people are more attuned to what we've lost, and more determined to help save or recreate what we had. The results are starting to show throughout the country.
