Website Maintenance Services

We offer website maintenance services regardless of whether we developed your initial site; services are offered on an hourly basis as needed, or through monthly maintenance agreements.

Clients who have maintenance agreements with us can rest easy knowing that as security patches and system updates are released, we'll update their sites to help protect against the gremlins out there.  No one can guarantee a site won't be hacked (just ask the US Senate and the CIA!), but we'll make regular backups of all of your site's files and databases and store them on our cloud.  Should you have a data loss or hacked files, we can restore your site to the last backup.

Month-to-Month or Annual Maintenance Agreements

Most companies don't allow you to roll over unused maintenance agreement hours, or use them for new development (i.e. to add new features to your site). We want to make it as affordable as possible for you to not only have a great starting site, but to continue to maintain and grow it. Under our maintenance agreements:

• discounted hourly rate based upon the package you enter into an agreement for,
• unused hours roll over so you can use them in a future month,
• excess hours are billed at the discounted rate, and
• new development is also covered 4 months after a new site has launched.

*if a 1-yr maintenance agreement is entered into at time of contract for new site.
