Magazine Publisher: "Our client needs a content management system and we don't know where to start.  Will you teach us?"

"Graphic Designer: "Help me find where this is set in the style sheet; I've spent hours looking and can't find it." 30 seconds later we have the answer...

Hosting Company:  "Frontpage doesn't cut it any more and we don't know how to add the new features clients need.  Will you do it for us?

At-home business: "What's FTP?" (hint - that's like a manufacturer asking "what's an 18-wheeler?")

"We installed a shopping cart on a client's site and the cart company just called me screaming "take it down!!!" saying something about the server not being secure and the card numbers not being encrypted.  What do they mean?"

"Our designer went out of business/doesn't call back/disapeared (pick one, we've had them all) and our site hasn't been updated in X months!"
